Women's problem in workplace in Taiwan

In my opinion,Taiwan still has many unsolved women's

problems in the workplace, such as gender wage differences.

In fact, now we are in a gender equality century, but there

are still some Taiwanese males who think women aren’t

capable of working . They consider that women should

stay home doing housework and taking care of children.

In addition, even though some women are very talented

at their career, but according to investigation data, in 1991

women on average earned 63.4% of men’s wages in manufacturing

and 69.7% in service industry jobs (Marsh).

So my suggestion is if Taiwanese women want to get equal

pay for equal work, they must unite to fight this phenomenon

or to complain through the organization of human right

commission.Last but not least is don't be silent, then you

will see this phenomenon disappear.
